Jeroen Vlaskamp
Chief Executive Officer
A serial-entrepreneur to the core. Jeroen Vlaskamp experienced success and failure multiple times.
Throughout the years he endeavored a wide range of industries, including; telecom, publishing, gaming, (online) marketing, education, employment agencies, aviation, shipping, logistics, FMCG, technology and sports.
His goal in business was -and is- to always think outside the standard box! To do what has never been done before or improve what's already there and, most importantly, to enjoy the process.

Viktor Strömberg
Chief Operating Officer
A strong believer in the inner human capacity and the possibility to achieve anything with the right resources and a good foundation.
Previous experience; establishment of the Foodtech company Stockfiller supplier and purchasing system in the Nordic market, Global establishment of Metaverse and the digital event company Lansera Virtual Events, Digital meeting platform, Lansera.
Viktor Strömberg's driving force is to make the project a success without putting himself in the front seat. You need a team of excellent talent to complete the task. Viktor's strength comes from experience in making business processes more efficient and valuable at an international level.
He is responsible for the daily operations and ensures that all systems, resources and people are in place to achieve the goals of Ypsilon X.
His dog Charlie is his source of energy.
Riccardo Cangini
Chief Technology Officer
Riccardo Cangini has been active in the gaming industry for 30+ years, with 250+ games produced.
In 1990 he co-developed "I play 3D Soccer": the first 3D real-time football game in history.
In 1996 he founded Artematica Entertainment, which became one of the leading Italian Software Houses, developing games published worldwide by Disney, Warner Bros and Ubisoft.
In 2013 he founded Be2Bit, a very innovative company in AR/MR & computer vision field.
In 2022 he joined and co-founded Ypsilon X.

Menno Bes
Chief Creative Officer
Being interested in entrepreneurship from a young age, Menno Bes attempted affiliate marketing, crypto investing, forex and MLM.
With a great passion for creation and (digital) design and roughly 15 years of self-taught experience he started his own brand design business, developing corporate identities, websites and marketing solutions.
In 2021 he joined and co-founded Ypsilon X and is mainly responsible for all things visual. Including - but not limited to; branding, web development, video production, social media, marketing and overall design.
Thera Vlaskamp
Office Manager
Thera Vlaskamp has worked in lots of different fields. The past 20+ years she worked as a specialized care worker in multiple disciplines.
She has been involved with Ypsilon X from day 1.
As an office manager, she is there to support the team with the daily operations.
